God's Plan - the best plan

" Man ka ho to achchha, na ho to aur bhi achchha " ( if things happen as you desire is good, but if it doesnt, then its best because then its happening as per to His Master plan, not as per your faulty plans)
It happened around 3 years back, my first encounter with the dirtiest politics. One of a staff person switched her job at a day's notice. Immediately head hunting began to replace the person with expertise command and qualification in finance. Though I was just an year old in professional arena, due to qualification, I surpassed my seniors. Which didn't go well with those seniors, hence manipulation and gaming, and with in two hours of the declaration, where the financial subject was entrusted to me,  it was taken in a breath and I was given the monotonous routine of mentoring one subject in four classes. Being a multitasker, that didnt go well with me

I was infuriated, even blasted publicly because the subject and the class allotted to me were my first and still favorite batch, but I decided to accept the situation. I thought it to be the worst year.

Needless to say, I was wrong. That year and that manipulation couldnt take anything, instead gave me relations of lifetime. The batch I was deprived of teaching, developed strong bonding with me and even became my first and so  far only batch of whom  I took extra coaching at home, but that year gave me a 'royal gem' as well.

The batch was the most inquisitive, curious, out of box thinker and always ready for brain storming. I taught them for two years, but that first year when I thought the year to be horrifyingly monotonously boring where I was teaching same content four times, became a foundation stone. That one year I was tested in terms of reliability. I even lashed out at them for bunking and skipping my classes, and I knew they hated me for that, still slowly and silently when the bonding get stronger, and we had role reversals as well, I mentored them in subject, and in return had the most amazing reverse mentoring.

I found friendship worth envying, leadership traits worth wishing, 'never say never' aptitude worth adapting, right attitude worth developing. Those girls are one of the real spirited angels  with invisible wings (and  with a bit of dark side hint as well ) who prefer to live by their own rule book.

The second year made me an elder sis to them and the most amazing year of my career.

And today I genuinely want to say thanks to all my manipulative seniors for doing all plotting and planning because you were just a mediator in the master plan.

P.S. : I told you Royal, my latest post will be dedicated to you.
