No prize for guessing the most beautiful of the two, but tell me what is the corelation of these pictures and our thoughts, both positive and negative.

Our positive thoughts are just like the first pic, we need to plant them with our efforts, condition them with continuous care and nurture them. However negative thoughts are just like the unwanted weeds that are never welcome, but they crop up without any aid, however you need to uproot them regularly with your efforts. Thats the difference, positive thoughts require actions to plant them in mind and negative require those actions to weed them out of our mind.

Medicine and Thoughts – the feel good and ‘placebo effect’

Clinically its proven that that our thoughts and emotions directly affect the state of our physical health. This is Mind-Body connection is because of special chemical messengers, called neuropeptides, which help our body's organs communicate directly with the brain, and brain with the organs.

As soon as we think something, our brain releases neurotransmitters and hormones, which trigger physical responses and reactions in our body. If we are stuck up in some stressful situation and turn pessimist then our heart starts racing and our body secretes two powerful stress hormones, Cortisol and 
Norepinephrine ( also known as adrenaline or fight or flight hormone). These are  produced when something is or seems to be threatening,however its gushing sometimes halter the ageing process, but its continous 
level rise results in high blood pressure, fat storage  and other chronic disease. And the cell repairing hormones DHEA, serotonin, endorphins is not been able to produce by  glands when they are busy releasing cortisol.

Life is a continuous quest for understanding the greater meaning of existance.

Nourish not only the outer temple( body) but also the inner idol (soul)

A spiritual leader said  that your anger is like a high nosed prince who comes only on airways. When ever you are angry then watch your breathing pattern, it will be fast.

How to control anger through breathing
  • Sit down and breath deeply then rhythmatically
  • Clear your mind from worries, visualize yourself amidst nature, feel happy, healthy. Fill your heart with love and affection for loved ones and gratitude for this life.
  • Smile as if raising your chest with pride and feel as if you are already successful.
  • Now slowly let go of your anger.
  • If necessary use, music of waterfall or seawaves and can also use bach flower therapy ( use of flower oils and fragrance for uplifting mood).
Leading the life - " Do you have a dream?"
 try to recall your dreams. Not able to get? Then List  things you would do if you have bank balance of your favorite billionaire.

Now try to find out how you can achieve them.

      Diffidence – less adaptability to change, the risk rules the mind factor

External Factors.

Crab Trap – Its common to find that when crabs are trapped, if one of their peer tries to liberate himself, they shred his limbs. Jealousy of  co-leagues is a major cause of it.

 Try to be cheerful companion rather than grumpy, grouchy person.

 # Physical fitness – increase intake of alkaline food and reduce acidic food. Try practice of correct deep breathing in fresh air early morning and detoxicate at regular intervals. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday. Exercise briskly

# Listen to your intuitive self. Get connected with your Higher Realm.

# Art of Communication –  communication involves not only words but tone and body language as well.
 Sweeten it.

 Get back to basics. Reconnect with old friends, hobbies, do the things that pleases you.

 Take initiatives and risk

 Help someone out, volunteer for Charity organization or do something good.

Pray, it helps.

As  sages of the spiritual and philosophical traditions have prophesized , "Let It Be." We do not hold any power of attorney to judge a person. so let it be. Dont fret and fume over something you dont have control over.  Simplify the life, do not allow the clutter or unwanted baggages of past rule you. Stop clinging to past, let bygones be bygones. 

 Therapeutic Laughter - Laugh at yourself and find humour in the simplest of things. Laughter is a powerful mood elevator.

If you cant avoid it, then enjoy it.

 Get three elements in you – Love or passion, Knowledge and Intellect and you will never be a failure.

 Always remember – Things could be worse, right now they are only bad.


Bridging the past present and future - Self Introspection and Evaluation

 Find out where you find yourself in past say before 3 years, in present and in future say 3 years down the line  for the below mentioned parameters.

 Mental level

 Physical Constitution and level

 Emotional strength level

Spiritual level

 Looks

 Personal relationship level

 Social level and

Standard of living level.

There is a wonderful story that once man asked God that if everything happens as per to HIS desire and HE has written everything then why should one wish for anything, God said with a smile, “ Because may be I have written ‘As you wish’.
